# Integrated Problem Solving

Students can use drawings to help them look at a problem from many different perspectives.(3.0 cr; Prereq-1011, ESPM major, soph, intro biology course; A-F or Aud, spring, every year) Problem solving in an integrated knowledge system. Students work in integrated teams to develop a strategy for addressing the problem: kinds of data needed, how to analyze data, what findings mean, how to integrate findings.Problem-solving is a process—an ongoing activity in which we take what we know to discover what we don't know.
