My mother told me that she hates riding with me because I drive too aggressively. Most people smoke with a cup of coffee, while talking on the phone, right after they eat, or when driving a car. Quitting smoking may mean they would have to change their route to work so that the urge does not "hit" when driving by that certain location. So to give up smoking would be more than just giving up a bad habit, it would be giving up a coping mechanism and a friend.
